📋 Description

• Act as the single point of contact for procurement requests from initial intake through vendor onboarding, contract signature, and renewal • Lead commercial negotiations with software vendors, SaaS providers, and service partners • Coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, and requesting teams throughout vendor reviews • Support IT Operations in negotiations for larger technical purchases, such as infrastructure • Manage the renewal calendar and review usage, licenses, and terms with department heads • Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts • Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation in the procurement platform • Monitor vendor performance and manage ongoing supplier relationships, including SLAs where applicable • Identify cost-saving opportunities across the vendor portfolio • Prepare procurement activity, spend, and savings reports for Finance and senior management • Contribute to continuous improvement of the procurement platform, workflows, and policies • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and approval processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing • Hands-on ownership of negotiations and vendor relationships • Experience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services • Comfort working with technical teams and understanding the tools used by IT and engineering • Strong negotiation skills, with concrete examples of personally driven savings • Proactive mindset focused on improving terms and reducing spend • Confidence coordinating several stakeholders and working with senior leaders • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple renewals and requests • Experience with procurement tools or ERP procurement modules • Curiosity about AI-enabled tools • Clear written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English • Eligibility to work in Spain • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or a procurement certification (e.g. CPM, CPSM) — nice to have • Exposure to security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 — nice to have • Experience in a fast-growing tech company or scaleup — nice to have • Experience improving or building on an existing procurement system — nice to have
