📋 Description

• Deliver senior-level hands-on technical services. • Lead troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation efforts in customer environments. • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful outcomes. • Maintain and expand advanced technical skills relevant to RavenTek’s core service offerings. • Complete internal training, certifications, and product knowledge-building aligned with RavenTek offerings (e.g., Armis, Splunk, Riverbed). • Contribute to solution development, technical playbooks, and reusable processes. • Support and sometimes lead scoping sessions, technical assessments, and discovery calls. • Provide senior-level technical input for proposals, ROM estimates, and solution designs. • Support POCs, demos, and virtual lab maintenance as needed. • Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period. • Submit Monthly Status Reports on a regular basis, as required. • Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis and respond accordingly. • Complete required compliance training as assigned. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or eight years of progressive technical experience in lieu of a degree. • Senior-level experience working in consulting, federal contracting, or managed services. • Certifications, Licenses CompTIA Network+, Security+, CySA+, CASP+ preferred.
