📋 Description

• Strategic and operational responsibility for actively expanding and maintaining long-term partnerships within the hospital and clinic sector. • Independent acquisition of strategically relevant customers, particularly hospitals, hospital networks and medical care centers (MVZs). • Autonomous management of the entire sales process – from needs assessment to closing. • Revenue responsibility for defined segments, regions or products. • CRM maintenance, KPI-driven work and reporting (pipeline and forecast management). • Understanding of the healthcare market and analysis of market trends to develop new business opportunities. • Participation in trade shows and industry events to strengthen market presence.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years' professional experience (Senior: >8 years) in B2B sales (services and/or SaaS) in the healthcare or clinical environment. • Confident presence and persuasive ability with decision-makers at C-level across different areas (Chief Physician, Head of IT, Commercial and Medical Directors). • Proven track record in building and expanding client relationships. • Strong closing ability for complex, multi-stage deals and long sales cycles. • Ability to identify complex customer requirements and develop sustainable solutions. • Structured, goal-oriented and self-directed working style. • Solid understanding of workflows, stakeholders and decision-making processes in clinics and hospitals, combined with a strong technical affinity.
