📋 Description
• Contribute to maintaining fiscal compliance through weekly analysis of tax status reports. • Help reduce the caseload by evaluating potential installment or settlement programs. • Support obtaining and maintaining tax incentives by preparing administrative requests related to the application, extension, and/or registration of special ICMS and IPTU regimes. • Assist with tax audit procedures by holding meetings and maintaining alignment with the Tax Team. • Support management of tax litigation by updating the consolidated monthly report. • Promote continuous feedback through regular constructive exchanges among Company members to continuously improve processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field • Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration • Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate level
