📋 Description

• Create and maintain monitoring to ensure system health and availability. • Monitor alerts and incidents, supporting initial fault identification and guiding rapid remediation. • Build and enhance dashboards to track service performance and stability. • Execute synthetic tests and validate monitoring to ensure the reliability of automated detections. • Document processes, monitoring configurations, and technical learnings to share knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in technology-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, etc.). • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, networking, operating systems, and cloud environments. • Familiarity with application monitoring, logs, metrics, and observability tools. • Experience with Linux environments and command-line usage. • Basic troubleshooting skills and technical problem analysis.
