📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients with high revenue potential, ensuring satisfaction and successful use of solutions within the TOTVS ecosystem (including RD product portfolio); • Proactively monitor tool adoption, promoting strategic use of solutions to maximize outcomes; • Strengthen long-term client relationships, acting as a bridge between client needs and the company’s solutions; • Lead challenging commercial negotiations related to renewals, upgrades and upsells, contributing to revenue growth; • Resolve conflicts with empathy and professionalism, ensuring the building of solid relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Empathy, flexibility and adaptable communication to work with different internal and external client profiles, understanding their needs and expectations; • Organizational skills to manage multiple demands, contacts and information efficiently; • Experience as a Customer Success professional managing portfolios of large accounts in B2B technology companies; • Experience conducting complex financial negotiations and tracking revenue metrics (such as Net Revenue Churn), especially in a SaaS environment; • Resilience and adaptability to operate in a dynamic, fast-changing environment; • Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and organize routine tasks.
