📋 Description

• Plan and deliver comprehensive agendas aligned with event objectives. • Organize and manage information related to speakers, back office, communication campaigns, and support. • Ensure an excellent experience for speakers throughout the entire process. • Produce large conferences, coordinating vendors, contracts, payments, and logistics (accommodations and transportation). • Collaborate with the Marketing team in managing and developing event promotion campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in event production, including contract management, logistics, and speaker relations. • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Familiarity with satisfaction metrics, such as event NPS and speaker experience.
