• Design and improve multichannel support experiences within RD Station Conversas, focusing on the efficiency of operators' support journeys. • Empower customer service teams, remove friction from operators’ daily workflows, and support delivery of faster, clearer, and more effective solution-oriented experiences. • Strengthen critical customer success journeys, remove points of friction that affect perceived product value, and reinforce the value proposition of strategic features.
• Strong experience as a Product Designer for digital products, with proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping and documentation tools. • Experience with SaaS products and digital marketing concepts. • Knowledge of UI design, focused on creating accessible, consistent, and visually appealing interfaces. • Ability to conduct user research, map journeys, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses. • Familiarity with agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration within cross-functional teams. • Systems thinking to analyze problems and propose creative, viable solutions. • Curiosity about technology, quick learning, and strong written and verbal communication skills. • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and short validation cycles.
