📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and scale AI solutions • Integrate solutions with diverse data sources through APIs, MCPs, and document databases • Implement advanced prompt management strategies and A/B testing • Create robust evaluation mechanisms (Evals) to continuously measure AI performance, prevent regressions, and ensure a high-quality user experience • Collaborate with the engineering team on the systemic integration of models with Marketing, CRM, and Conversations products • Focus on low latency and scalability when integrating models • Monitor model usage and performance metrics • Propose architectural improvements and technical optimizations to enhance AI capabilities • Advance the AI Copilot by integrating Marketing, CRM, and Conversations solutions and delivering a seamless natural-language experience • Collaborate to ensure that the AI acts as a consistent persona and transforms how customers interact with the products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field • Strong experience with the full lifecycle of AI products (LLMOps), including production deployment • Proficiency in Python • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, Phoenix, LangFuse, and Promptfoo • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform environments, including orchestration and computing services • Analytical ability to design model evaluation workflows and refine prompts • Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to move comfortably between technical challenges and building user-centered products • Eager to work in an agile environment focused on diversity and solving real-world problems involving large volumes of data and interactions • Previous experience developing agents or conversational systems (LLMs) is a plus • Knowledge of RAG techniques and inference optimization is a plus • Experience with quality evaluation tools and experiments for conversational AI agents is a plus
