📋 Description

• You will be a key contributor to the evolution of the AI Copilot, integrating our Marketing, CRM and Conversations solutions to deliver a seamless natural language experience. • Your role will be to develop and scale robust AI solutions, adopting best practices in LLMOps to ensure response consistency and systemic quality, while actively collaborating with the team to make our AI behave like a true persona, transforming how our customers interact with our products. • Develop, maintain and scale AI solutions, integrating with various data sources via APIs, MCPs and document stores. • Implement advanced prompt management strategies (prompt engineering) and A/B testing to ensure the AI acts with the desired persona, maintaining consistency and accuracy in responses. • Create robust evaluation mechanisms (Evals) that enable continuous measurement of AI performance, prevent regressions and ensure the quality of the user experience. • Collaborate with the engineering team on the systemic integration of models with our products (Marketing, CRM and Conversations), focusing on low latency and scalability. • Monitor model usage and performance metrics, proposing architectural improvements and technical optimizations that raise the level of our artificial intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related fields. • Solid experience with the full lifecycle of AI products (LLMOps), with hands-on experience deploying them to production. • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks and libraries (FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, Phoenix, LangFuse, Promptfoo, etc.). • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform), including orchestration and compute services. • Analytical capability to design model evaluation flows and refine prompts. • Collaborative and communicative profile, comfortable moving between technical challenges and building user-centered products. • Desire to work in an agile environment, with a focus on diversity and on solving real problems involving large volumes of data and interactions.
