📋 Description
• Work in partnership with Product and Engineering from problem definition through solution delivery. • Lead the design of critical journeys such as payments, billing, and financial communications. • Conduct research, interviews, and journey mapping to inform product decisions. • Design complex flows and ensure a consistent experience across different initiatives. • Influence decisions with direct impact on revenue, operational efficiency, and customer experience. • Document learnings and business rules to accelerate development and reduce rework. • Actively participate in roadmap and product strategy decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Product Design for B2B products, preferably with transactional or financial systems. • Experience with discovery, interviews, and journey mapping. • Ability to navigate complex problems, multiple dependencies, and business rules. • Proficiency in Figma for designing and specifying complex flows.
