📋 Description

• You will be part of the automation team, with the mission of maintaining and evolving critical solutions that support our customers' purchase, conversion and retention journeys. • The team's focus is to ensure reliability, scalability and predictability of technical deliveries, sustaining high-performance operations with consistent quality. • As a Staff Engineer, your challenge will be to work across different product and engineering teams, acting as a bridge between strategic and operational initiatives. • You will be responsible for influencing architectural decisions at scale, ensuring technical consistency and sustainability across multiple areas. • In addition, you will play an active role in guiding the technical roadmap, disseminating best practices and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. • Your work will include supporting people development and raising the collective technical level of senior engineers, serving as a reference, facilitator and catalyst for cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Specialist Software Engineer or Staff Engineer; • Active involvement in digital product projects, with emphasis on performance, scalability and sustainability; • Experience with software architecture and distributed systems; • Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Ruby, Go, Java, Python); • Deep knowledge of software engineering practices: SOLID, design patterns, automated testing, refactoring and version control; • Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus), error tracking and asynchronous queues; • Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines; • Track record working in agile teams, with strong collaboration between engineering, product and design.
