📋 Description
• Provide technical leadership for engineering teams focused on developing data products. • Define and promote engineering best practices to ensure quality, performance, and security in deliveries. • Evolve the analytics features of RD Station products, delivering continuous value to users. • Develop and enhance the analytics platform that supports RD's data products. • Foster integration and collaboration across teams to overcome technical and operational challenges.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in technical leadership of engineering teams. • Strong software development background with deep knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and scalability. • Demonstrated proficiency in Ruby and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Familiarity with agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD). • Clear communication skills, inspiring leadership, and the ability to influence technical decisions.
