📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for community teams on System Transformation initiatives • Coach teams to design and implement projects • Analyze systems and identify strategic approaches • Conduct interviews with stakeholders • Write detailed reports on community progress • Manage logistics for implementing community engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Facilitation experience with at least 10 participants • Ability to quickly learn new skills • Open and direct communication • Attention to detail • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Experience in system transformation initiatives • Project management skills
