• Collaborate with internal department stakeholders to analyze business processes and implement technology improvements • Capture and manage functional requirements for new project initiatives, software enhancements with business stakeholders and internal teams • Integrate new systems and applications into business operations • Provide status updates and recommendations for senior & executive leadership on technology initiatives • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop and manage project plans and timelines • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; oversee testing and validation processes • Use analytics and reporting to measure project success and inform future technology strategies • Create user documentation and support adoption of technology tools • Coordinate user testing and feedback during development cycles • Support management of Jira workflows for stories, tasks, and bugs; track enhancements through release • Facilitate meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in technology project management or similar role • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and Technology infrastructure • Experience with sprint planning, grooming, and daily SCRUM calls • Proficiency in Jira for workflow and roadmap management • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to be agile, adaptable, collaborative, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment • Experience collaboratively and creatively driving business requirement analysis sessions preferred
