📋 Description

• The Paid Social Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for paid social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, and other platforms) to drive user acquisition and meet business goals for Readdle’s apps, such as award-winning PDF Expert, Spark, and Documents. • This role involves end-to-end management of campaigns, including optimization, testing, and budget management. • The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Analytics, to ensure campaigns align with overall product marketing goals and deliver a high ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing at-scale, performance based campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.), for iOS apps • Strong ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on insights • Ability to operate independently, take initiative, make quick decisions, and adapt to changes in performance or market conditions • Deep understanding of how paid acquisition campaigns contribute to business goals such as user growth and revenue • Expertise in ad platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust) • Ability to interpret and work with large datasets to inform campaign decisions • Familiarity with A/B testing, creative testing frameworks, and their automation
