📋 Description

• Own and execute Spark’s social media strategy across all channels. • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content. • Develop and manage content calendars. • Launch and grow Spark’s TikTok and Instagram presence. • Define and track KPIs, providing regular reports and insights. • Engage with Spark’s community and respond to conversations. • Build relationships with influencers and evangelists. • Partner with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches. • Manage social listening to capture opportunities and feedback. • Stay current on platform trends and test new content formats.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management for B2C or B2B SaaS brands. • Proven track record growing social channels (esp. LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram). • Solid English writing and editing skills (near-native fluency). • Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, and reporting. • Ability to translate complex product benefits into engaging social content. • Experience with community engagement and influencer outreach. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to operate independently and strategically in a fast-paced company.
