📋 Description

• Plan, design, and execute Jira Server/Data Center to Jira Cloud migrations. • Assess current environments and define migration strategies, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans. • Configure and optimize Jira Cloud, workflows, permissions, automations, and integrations. • Ensure alignment with IT Governance standards, security policies, and compliance requirements. • Support migration and configuration of ITSM processes within Jira Service Management. • Analyze and improve PM and service workflows for cloud adoption. • Troubleshoot migration issues and provide post-migration support.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English level (C1 or higher) – strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven experience as a Jira Migration Engineer / Atlassian Engineer / Jira Administrator. • Strong expertise in Jira Cloud migration projects. • Solid understanding of IT Governance frameworks and best practices. • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (preferably Jira Service Management). • Experience with Project Management tools and workflows. • Knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem integrations and automation. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
