📋 Description

• Develop core deliverables (eg, PowerPoint slides, manuscripts, video scripts, executive summaries) and ancillary materials (eg, participant handouts, moderator guides) for medical communication projects • Perform and analyze literature searches and scientific research regarding clinical data and key scientific information for content development projects to meet client needs • Collaborate with the Medical Director, in partnership with Creative and Client Services, on medical storytelling • Partner with Presentation and Graphic Designers on various illustrations, animations, and creative applications of medical and scientific information • Develop relationships and collaborate closely with clients and key opinion leaders • Conduct quality checks on all content-related materials • Support project management within the cross-functional team • Train and mentor more junior medical writers • Maintain full compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (eg, MD, PhD, PharmD, MPH, MS) in a healthcare-related field required • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical education, scientific research, or clinical practice/insights preferred • 2-3 years of experience in medical education in a pharmaceutical company or medical communications agency required • Experience in promotional/medical communication to healthcare professionals preferred • Experience with medical, legal, and regulatory reviews preferred • Expert verbal and written communication skills in the field of medical science • Intermediate ability to analyze the scientific relevance, validity, and credibility of the published medical literature • Intermediate level of conceptual and functional understanding of modern digital marketing practices and the applications of artificial intelligence technology
