📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of advertiser and agency relationships, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor on creative intelligence • Drive retention and expansion across your accounts • Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring they reach value quickly and embed Adverteyes into their creative decision-making workflows • Act as the voice of your clients internally, feeding product feedback and unmet needs into the Adverteyes roadmap • Collaborate with our data science and delivery teams to surface client needs, and be the voice of the customer in product development

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve managed client relationships in adtech or a related field • Track record in account management or customer success • Fluency in advertising effectiveness • Comfortable working with data and presenting it clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Commercial sharpness: you think in revenue, mutual value, and expansion potential, not just relationship warmth • Exceptional organisational skills and comfort working in a dynamic environment • Curiosity about AI and its application to creative effectiveness • Confidence in English both written and spoken
