📋 Description
• Apply your technical know-how as an automotive expert while acting as a key point of contact for our partners and customers • Check the plausibility of claims reports and take responsibility for examining claims • Process and monitor automated data imports for Nordics in the warranty environment, ensuring data quality • Manage external partners and ensure smooth operation • Monitor compliance with contractual regulations and ensure transparent cost control • Keep everyone involved up to date and be a reliable contact person
🎯 Requirements
• Have completed automotive technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician or technician • Strong background in a service-oriented environment • Ability to engage and support customers in a way that builds trust and long-term relationships • Work in a structured, independent manner with high standards for quality • Enjoy dealing with people, assert yourself where necessary and find the right tone • Very good knowledge of Swedish, supplemented by English and at least one additional Nordic language
