📋 Description
• Make outbound calls and follow up with tenants regarding rent and payment status. • Strike the balance: personable and approachable, yet professional and firm enough to secure timely payments. • Accurately complete data entry tasks. • Keep records updated and organized in Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets. • Process orders and handle collection-related tasks on time. • Work with Rent Manager or similar property management/collections software (experience in Rent Manager is a plus).
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual fluency in **English and Spanish** (required). • Prior experience in **collections, customer service, or a related role**. • Proficiency with **Excel and Google Sheets**. • Strong communication skills—you can build rapport while maintaining authority. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data entry skills. • Experience using Rent Manager or similar software (preferred).
