• Manage the full backend workflow: POs, chargebacks, reporting, and compliance. • Ensure every Vendor Central detail is accurate and on time. • Monitor and manage stock levels across all platforms. • Prevent overstock and out-of-stock issues by understanding inventory flow inside and out. • Oversee listings, pricing, promotions, and account performance for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and future platforms. • Keep products competitive and visible across every marketplace. • Lead inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment. • Anticipate what’s coming next and make sure inventory aligns with sales momentum. • Identify issues early, resolve them independently, and keep operations running smoothly. • Bring solutions—not excuses—to every challenge.
• Strong Amazon Vendor Central experience (required or strongly preferred). • Proven success managing marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. • Solid background in inventory planning and management. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • High accountability, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills.
