📋 Description

• Install new camera equipment, including mounting hardware, running cables, and connecting systems. • Configure and tune CCTV and IP cameras. • Ensure software and network compatibility. • Diagnose and repair faults in camera systems and related networking equipment. • Support customers by troubleshooting and explaining system operation. • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and configurations. • Test camera systems to verify functionality and meet project requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong electrical/electronic skills and experience with CCTV/IP camera systems. • Experience tuning IP cameras to ensure the best quality image for various environments. • Understanding of focus techniques and the ability to modify camera image settings to determine the overall best picture quality. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with networking equipment. • Excellent, creative problem solver. • Comfortable working at heights; ladder use required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow protocols. • Willingness to travel up to 80% for installations.
