📋 Description

• Provide operational assistance across multiple functional areas including Property Operations, the Utility Rate Team (URT), and Activity. • Process and audit a variety of property and resident-related service requests. • Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs). • Communicate with utility providers as necessary to obtain information, resolve discrepancies, and support billing accuracy. • Collaborate with Account Managers and internal departments to expedite issue resolution and support client needs. • Participate in cross-training initiatives and process improvement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred. • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an operational, billing, accounting, analytical, or data-driven environment. • Experience working with high-volume transaction processing is preferred. • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. • Excellent data entry and data validation skills. • Demonstrated willingness to leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to identify process improvement opportunities. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
