📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate leads. • Engage and qualify leads, overcoming objections professionally. • Schedule appointments for real estate agents with interested prospects. • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates. • Utilize Vulcan 7 CRM software to manage leads and track interactions. • Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and client interactions. • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets. • Work collaboratively with the real estate team to optimize lead conversion strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong track record of converting leads into appointments. • Proficiency in using Vulcan 7 or similar CRM tools. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Previous experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred. • Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology.
