📋 Description

‱ Manage and organize incoming emails, ensuring timely prioritization and responses ‱ Extract key information from emails and accurately enter data into the client's portal/CRM ‱ Maintain and update records within the CRM and internal systems ‱ Draft professional email responses when additional information is required ‱ Participate in virtual meetings and team communications ‱ Utilize Microsoft Office tools for administrative and reporting tasks ‱ Provide urgent coverage when team members are absent or on leave

🎯 Requirements
