📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end: write the specification, design the solution, build it, and operate it in production • Design, build, and maintain backend services in Node.js and TypeScript using NestJS or Elysia • Build high-performance APIs and asynchronous jobs • Use AWS cloud-native services including Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, Aurora, S3, and CloudWatch • Manage data storage and synchronization with Postgres and Aurora • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions • Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and security practices • Collaborate directly with product and business stakeholders • Leverage AI tools and modern development practices to improve engineering velocity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience • Deep expertise with Node.js and TypeScript, including RESTful API design and async job patterns • Strong product sense and ability to take end-to-end ownership of features from idea to production • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, SQS, Aurora, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager • Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with relational databases • Familiarity with event-driven and serverless architectures • Clear communication and ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, async team • Demonstrated use of AI tools to boost development efficiency • Experience with B2B API-based platforms or infrastructure products is nice to have • Background in fintech, payments, or card issuing is nice to have • Curiosity about Web3, stablecoins, or the Web2 ↔ Web3 intersection is nice to have • Startup experience is nice to have • No educational credential is specified
