📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product direction for Reap’s Platform AI capabilities • Design and drive the technical architecture for AI services • Partner closely with Engineering to translate complex AI system constraints into product requirements • Establish standards for AI-first product development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management (or closely related product roles) • 1–2 years of recent, hands-on AI product experience • Proven experience building production-level AI applications • Strong familiarity with common AI application patterns and architectures • Experience designing evaluation strategies for AI systems
