📋 Description

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and online channels • Screen CVs against job requirements • Shortlist suitable candidates • Maintain candidate records and updates in the recruitment system • Conduct initial candidate outreach via calls, WhatsApp, and email • Explain job roles, salary ranges, location, and hiring process • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups • Update candidate status accurately • Share daily activity updates • Support interview scheduling and documentation • Follow internal SOPs, timelines, and confidentiality standards • Complete remote training in recruitment fundamentals, job description analysis, sourcing and screening, recruiter communication, ethical hiring, UAE recruitment basics, and ATS/CRM usage

🎯 Requirements

• Fresh graduates or final-year university students • Comfortable working remotely from home • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Willing to learn recruitment as a profession • Self-disciplined and accountable • Availability for a 6-month internship/work experience program
