📋 Description

• Joint Business Planning: Lead monthly and quarterly Joint Business Planning sessions with our national account regional, district, and store partners to set joint targets, align promotional calendars, and enhance category visibility. • Account Strategy & Portfolio Growth: Analyze sales performance and lead generation via our CRM to spot market trends, build demand forecasts, and optimize product positioning. • Field Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of remote Field Marketing Associates. Establish visit cadences, optimize territory routes, and hold team members accountable to growth targets. • In-Store Audit & Field Execution (75% Travel): Conduct store visits, audit marketing displays, and lead high-impact Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions for retail floor associates.

🎯 Requirements

• Big-Box Retail Leadership: 5+ years of account management, retail marketing, or district-level leadership experience (Direct experience managing accounts or operations for two of the largest home improvement stores is a massive plus). • Joint Business Planning Expertise: Proven track record leading structured Joint Business Planning sessions, and co-developing revenue targets with stores. • Remote Team Leadership: Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing remote field marketing or sales representatives. • Data-Driven Strategy: High proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce). • Road Warrior Mindset: Ability and enthusiasm to travel up to 75% for store visits, regional meetings, and industry events like Home Shows.
