📋 Description

• Handle customer service and telephone communications exclusively with North American clients through the integrated CRM system. • Conduct ongoing follow-ups and keep the CRM pipeline up to date. • Prepare, review, and send invoices and contracts, verifying amounts, payment terms, and general information. • Organize and update operational tracking spreadsheets and estimates in Microsoft Excel. • Manage appointments and service bookings using Google Calendar. • Conduct market research and contact material supply stores and vendors to inquire about pricing and availability. • Follow internal procedures and guidelines while maintaining excellence in verbal and written communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Full fluency in English, including reading, writing, and fluent telephone communication with North American customers. • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales development (SDR), Inside Sales, or commercial customer service. • Hands-on experience using and maintaining CRM systems with integrated calling capabilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Calendar. • Analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and issuing contracts and invoices. • Availability to work in the New York time zone (EST). • Own suitable equipment for remote work, including a high-performance computer, quality headset, and stable internet connection. • Technical or higher education in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Joist is a plus. • Experience working for construction, remodeling, or home services companies serving international markets is a plus.

🏖️ Benefits

• Annual prorated 13th-month salary payment based on the months worked. • 15 days of paid vacation for every 12 months of the contract, with no deduction from compensation. • Paid time off on selected holidays (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Labor Day, Brazil’s Independence Day, and Christmas Day).
