📋 Description

• Diagnostic and closing calls using a structured method (CTC + scripts) • Pipeline management: new, warm, cold and aging leads + constant follow-up • Reactivate past database / recover lost opportunities / maximize accumulated leads • Strict CRM maintenance + interaction logging + revenue forecasting • Meet closing, conversion and recovery targets (weekly/monthly)

🎯 Requirements

• Live in Belo Horizonte (BH) or the metropolitan area • Availability/willingness to work on-site in the future • Previous experience in high-ticket or consultative sales • Clear, assertive communication • High level of discipline and organization • Emotional resilience to handle objections • Strong CRM proficiency • Hunter mindset: actively works the database, doesn’t wait for new leads • Experience with clinics, healthcare or education • Proven track record of meeting targets • Mastery of sales frameworks • Use of AI in the commercial/sales process
