📋 Description

• Develop the core message for campaigns and communication projects • Create and structure digital communication cadences • Adapt communications across different channels (emails, push notifications, SMS, and other formats) • Build brand personalities, including archetype, narrative, and tone of voice • Conduct market, behavioral, and language research • Define concepts and content strategies for social media • Write strategic content for blogs and digital platforms • Create and manage AI prompts to support and optimize content production • Document learnings, processes, and clients' strategic information • Work directly with clients to discuss solutions, present ideas, and guide communication decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in strategic copywriting and digital communication • Ability to structure brand narratives and campaigns • Ability to work in teams on multidisciplinary projects • Confidence in client-facing discussions, defending ideas, and clarifying technical points • Resilience to handle dynamic environments and changes in scope or priorities • Interest in integrating AI tools into the workflow • Interest in humanities fields such as psychology, sociology, or linguistics • Intellectual curiosity and a habit of studying topics related to marketing, communication, and behavior
