📋 Description

• Provide close, strategic support and follow-up with clients • Ensure prompt, organized, and solution-oriented responses • Maintain continuous alignment between the client, operations, and internal teams • Organize requests, deadlines, and follow-ups in a predictable manner • Anticipate clients' questions, potential miscommunications, and needs • Ensure a positive experience throughout the entire customer journey • Record interactions, requests, and learnings clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Client Relations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and collaborative profile • Organization and accurate record-keeping are part of the role • Speed with responsibility (fast, but done well) • Ability to handle multiple clients and requests without losing quality • Mature, empathetic, and professional demeanor in any situation • Experience in CS or customer support within marketing or technology (preferred) • Experience in service companies, agencies, or consultancies (preferred) • Familiarity with organized routines, processes, and management tools (preferred)
