📋 Description

• Responsible for the full sales cycle, including: • Initial outreach and connection with leads • Accurate qualification to understand pain points, timing, and potential • Leading strategic meetings • Building genuine relationships with leads • Progressing opportunities in the funnel with discipline, clarity, and vision • Maintaining commercial routines and organization in tools such as CRM and ClickUp

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales experience (2 years or strong understanding of the role and its challenges) • Experience in marketing agencies is a major plus • Clear, persuasive, and personable communication • Discipline and consistency in routines • Proactivity to act, propose, and execute • Active listening and a consultative approach • Fluent Portuguese (English is a plus) • Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive), WhatsApp Business, and organizational tools
