📋 Description
• Initial outreach and connection with leads • Assertive qualification to understand pain points, timing, and potential • Leading strategic meetings • Building genuine relationships with leads • Moving leads through the funnel with discipline, clarity, and vision • Maintaining commercial routines and staying organized in tools like CRM and ClickUp
🎯 Requirements
• Previous sales experience (2 years or solid knowledge of the role and its challenges) • Experience in marketing agencies is a strong plus • Clear, persuasive, and personable communication • Discipline and consistency in daily routines • Proactivity to take initiative, propose ideas, and execute • Active listening and a consultative approach • Fluent in Portuguese (English is a plus) • Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive), WhatsApp Business, and organizational tools
