📋 Description
• Conduct remote labor hearings, including initial hearings, evidentiary hearings, and UNA hearings. • Engage in settlement negotiations during hearings, seeking strategic solutions for clients. • Draft objections or challenges related to hearings held. • Prepare final briefs or closing arguments when required. • Review reports and follow the team's daily procedural instructions. • Use legal tools and internal systems to manage and monitor cases.
🎯 Requirements
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Proven experience with labor hearings (minimum 1 year; greater practical experience preferred) • Experience with remote/virtual hearings • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and hearing management skills
