📋 Description

• Analyze behavioral and consumption data via CRM to identify growth opportunities. • Create relationship strategies and develop persuasive messaging (with AI support). • Monitor results and propose ongoing optimizations. • Produce comprehensive diagnostics of stores on iFood and develop strategic action plans. • Track weekly and monthly operational and commercial performance of the restaurants served. • Document processes and deliverables in ClickUp. • Manage client communications, explaining strategies and validating actions.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required (higher education or relevant courses are a plus). • Some experience in marketing. Experience in the restaurant sector is a significant advantage. • Basic understanding of CRM and digital tools. • Basic Excel skills and strong organizational habits. • Ability to interpret data and structure ideas. • Preference for a structured routine, continuous learning, and delivering results.
