📋 Description

• Develop clients' marketing strategy, considering the business stage, goals and challenges • Analyze the full funnel (acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty) • Direct strategic initiatives that go beyond paid traffic (content, campaigns, offers, retention) • Analyze metrics and performance indicators to inform decisions • Connect marketing to real business results (revenue, average order value, and recurring revenue) • Participate in strategy meetings, consulting deliverables, and debriefings • Work in partnership with Paid Traffic and Customer Success teams • Translate strategy into clear, actionable directives • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic marketing vision (not just operational) • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data • Understanding of marketing and performance funnels • Strong communication skills for direct client interaction • Organized, with a strong sense of priorities and responsibility • Curious, inquisitive, and impact-driven profile • Previous experience in digital marketing or strategic consulting (Junior, Mid-level/Pleno, or Senior)
