📋 Description

• Plan, create, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads • Analyze performance metrics and generate strategic insights for clients and the internal team • Manage media budgets and recommend investment adjustments • Participate in client meetings, presenting results and recommendations • Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment across marketing efforts

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in paid traffic (Meta Ads and Google Ads) • Strong analytical skills and command of performance metrics • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented • Intermediate English proficiency • Experience running campaigns in insurance, health plans, or other highly competitive verticals • Knowledge of CRO and conversion funnels • Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems • Strategic mindset with growth and leadership orientation
