📋 Description

• Curate content, develop strategic plans, and manage the editorial calendar. • Write copy using strategic copywriting principles and create visually engaging designs. • Develop scripts for Reels and carousels focused on engagement and retention. • Manage WhatsApp groups as part of conversion strategies. • Track, analyze, and present weekly Instagram performance metrics. • Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes and create content. • Lead brands’ digital presence in medical marketing and infoproduct projects, focusing on engagement, authority, and conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. • Demonstrated prior experience as a Social Media Specialist, supported by a portfolio or case studies. • Strong command of strategic copywriting, content planning, and conversion funnels. • Strong ability to analyze social media metrics, especially Instagram analytics. • Proficiency in Canva and Figma for creating layouts and digital content. • Practical experience using and applying artificial intelligence tools in the workflow, such as ChatGPT and Claude. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of deliverables independently and strategically. • Preferred: Previous experience in medical marketing or healthcare. • Preferred: Experience in the infoproduct and digital launch market. • Preferred: Knowledge of Growth strategies and profile growth acceleration.
