📋 Description

• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) • Create and structure acquisition and conversion strategies • Implement and monitor advanced tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel, Conversion API) • Develop reports with actionable insights • Support hypothesis development, creatives and A/B testing • Monitor funnels and performance KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with paid traffic • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GTM and Pixel • Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of CAC, LTV, ROI, etc. • Good communication and organizational skills • Eagerness to learn, experiment and continuously improve • Nice to have: n8n, SQL, automation tools
