📋 Description

• Create and maintain the customer engagement program. • Monitor at-risk customers and take action to prevent churn. • Track and improve the customer journey. • Identify upsell and upgrade opportunities. • Generate recurring referrals. • Anticipate renewals. • Turn customer outcomes into case studies and social proof. • Provide strategic content for marketing. • Lead and develop the post-sales/customer success team. • Define goals, metrics and monitoring routines. • Ensure standardized and consistent execution. • Build engagement and performance dashboards. • Make decisions based on real data.

• Proven experience in post-sales, customer success (CS), engagement or retention. • Ability to work with data, metrics and KPIs. • Strategic mindset to build programs and systems, not just one-off initiatives. • Ability to identify upsell, renewal and referral opportunities. • Experience converting customer results into case studies and social proof. • Experience leading teams and structuring processes. • Data-driven decision-making. • Clear communication and strong client relationship skills. • Proactive, analytical and growth-oriented profile.
