• Conduct proactive prospecting and initial conversations with potential clients. • Qualify leads (inbound and outbound), understanding needs, profile, and potential. • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. • Manage the pipeline in the CRM, keeping everything organized and up to date. • Conduct qualification calls, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing. • Maintain a steady funnel, working approximately 10 inbound leads per day plus outbound sequences. • Work with discipline, pace, and focus on daily and weekly targets.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, commercial/customer service, or as an SDR. • Experience with online sales is a significant advantage. • Strong skills in active prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial communication. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive or Kommo). • Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, Api4com, Google Drive, Google Meet, Mindmeister/Miro. • Ability to organize the pipeline and record activities.
