📋 Description

• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing and ongoing talent mapping across the financial and investment markets. • Screen and thoroughly evaluate resumes and professional profiles. • Conduct structured competency-based interviews. • Manage the candidate pipeline, keeping information up to date in the ATS platform. • Prepare detailed assessment reports aligned with the position’s expectations. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
