• Experience in engineering leadership roles and a proven track record of scaling engineering teams in fast-growing product organizations. • Familiarity with AI-native engineering. • Deep technical expertise to participate in architectural discussions and engineering approaches when needed. • Clear and transparent communication—whether conveying strategy, reporting risks, or delivering difficult news with context and honesty. • Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
