📋 Description

• Shaping engineering leadership at Recare during scaling. • Building strong engineering leaders by hiring, coaching and supporting engineering managers. • Designing systems that scale and establishing processes that enable effective collaboration across multiple teams. • Sharing information and maintaining transparent communication about progress, risks and impediments with the Technology Director.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in engineering leadership roles and a proven track record of scaling engineering teams in fast-growing product organizations. • Familiarity with AI-native engineering. • Deep technical expertise to participate in architectural discussions and engineering approaches when needed. • Clear and transparent communication—whether conveying strategy, reporting risks, or delivering difficult news with context and honesty. • Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
