📋 Description

• Responsible for complex customer rollouts and strategically important implementation projects • Act as the central interface between hospital customers and internal Recare teams • Manage complex end-to-end rollouts in hospitals • Guide customers through change processes and prepare enablement and training programs • Continuously improve implementation methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in implementation, customer delivery, professional services, or project management • Experience in a hospital setting is required • Strong process and methodological skills • Experienced in stakeholder management • Excellent German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2)
