📋 Description
• Technische Leitung: Architekturentscheidungen, Codequalität und Best Practices vorantreiben. • Teamleitung: Einarbeitung, Konfliktlösung und Unterstützung der Entwickler durch Mentoring und Feedback. • Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungen hinweg: enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt und Design. • Projektlieferung: Technische Roadmap für Ihr Team besitzen und sicherstellen, dass Projekte pünktlich geliefert werden.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ Jahre Produktionserfahrung mit Golang (oder anderen C-Familien-Sprachen). • Nachweisliche Erfahrung (1-2+ Jahre) in der Leitung eines Entwicklerteams. • CS-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse. • Erfahrung mit CI und Testframeworks. • Proaktive Einstellung und Fähigkeit, Fragen zu stellen und an Meetings teilzunehmen.
