📋 Description

• Lead hands-on custom code activities for SAP S/4HANA release upgrades • Assess custom code landscapes, technical debt, security exposures, integration dependencies, and clean-core violations • Define SAP development operating models, coding standards, code reviews, ATC variants, ABAP Unit expectations, and transport discipline • Develop and support ABAP solutions for Brazilian regulatory and fiscal changes • Design, build, test, and maintain S/4HANA custom developments, CDS views, AMDP, RAP services, OData services, forms, jobs, migrations, and interfaces • Apply clean-core principles and prepare landscapes for ABAP Cloud adoption • Govern code quality through ATC, Code Inspector, ABAP Unit, peer review, and performance analysis • Govern change management through STMS and ChaRM/SAP Cloud ALM across DEV, QAS, and PRD • Apply secure coding practices and generate compliance evidence aligned with LGPD, BACEN, and SOX • Develop and support ABAP integrations with SAP Integration Suite/CPI • Troubleshoot complex incidents, short dumps, jobs, interfaces, performance issues, authorization blockers, and upgrade defects • Support functional teams and Product Owners with feasibility assessments, estimates, specifications, debugging, and SAP Notes validation • Review implementation partner and AMS provider designs, code quality, transports, testing, security, and production readiness • Establish technical acceptance criteria for partner deliveries • Maintain technical documentation, object inventories, runbooks, known-error databases, and audit repositories • Use AI-assisted engineering tools for code generation, testing, analysis, documentation, and knowledge-base creation

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience in SAP ABAP development • Solid hands-on experience as an ABAP developer on productive SAP S/4HANA landscapes • Knowledge of ABAP OO, enhancement framework, CDS views, AMDP, RAP, OData services for Fiori, ABAP Unit, and ATC • Experience with S/4HANA release upgrades and custom code adaptation • Knowledge of clean-core principles and S/4HANA extensibility options • Hands-on experience with Brazilian SAP localization, including FI/CO, tax developments, NF-e, DRC, SPED, and SAP Notes • Experience with SAP integration technologies including IDoc, RFC/BAPI, OData, REST via ABAP HTTP client, and proxies • Working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite/CPI • Experience with performance analysis and tuning using SQL Monitor, ST05, SAT, runtime analysis, and code pushdown to SAP HANA • Knowledge of SAP security for custom code, authorization checks, Code Vulnerability Analyzer, secure coding, and personal-data handling • Experience with SAP transport governance using ChaRM on Solution Manager 7.2 or SAP Cloud ALM • Experience debugging SAP standard code and analyzing SAP Notes • Experience producing technical audit evidence • Basis fundamentals including transport landscapes, background jobs, system monitoring transactions, and system logs • Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, payments, retail, or e-commerce • Experience acting as an internal ABAP counterpart to implementation partners and AMS providers • Practical experience applying AI-assisted tools to ABAP development and SAP operations • SAP certifications in ABAP, ABAP Cloud/RAP, SAP NetWeaver ABAP, or SAP Integration Suite • Fluent Portuguese and advanced Spanish and English required
