• Represent RecordPoint as a Records Management and Information Governance Subject Matter Expert • Engage with customers to guide them through adopting the RecordPoint platform • Build relationships and instill trust with clients regarding services and the RecordPoint platform • Stay up to date on trends in Records Management, Information Governance and AI advances • Troubleshoot issues, log tickets and provide progress updates to clients • Conduct consultations to gather and document client requirements and define success criteria and ROI • Create and maintain RecordPoint standard solution designs and provide best practices • Collaborate with development teams on enhancements or customisations and ensure scalable maintainable solutions • Resolve issues during implementation, support Project Managers and collaborate across teams to achieve client outcomes • Translate business requirements into business outcomes and reconcile user requests from business needs • Train customers and team members, create user guides and update technical documentation • Drive multiple initiatives to completion, participate in project planning, estimation and pre-sales scoping, SoWs, tenders and RFx as needed
• Experience or Certification in: Records Management, Business Information Systems or Data Cyber Security • 3-5 years of experience implementing SharePoint and ECM/EDRMS solutions • 1+ years experience working as a consultant in a client-facing environment OR considerable customer service background • Ability to pass a police background check to be eligible for employment • Experience with records management, information governance and staying up to date on AI advances • Ability to troubleshoot and log tickets and follow progress with clients • Client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
